Gala Group Migration to Digital Gaming.
P&A has been appointed to lead the proliferation of the 'Gala Gaming Platform' or GGP, specified by P&A almost a year ago. The platform will be deployed to ensure ease of adoption of technology and ease of deployment of future technology in the Gala Casino and Bingo estate.
P&A has been appointed to lead the proliferation of the 'Gala Gaming Platform' or GGP, specified by P&A almost a year ago.
The platform will be deployed to ensure ease of adoption of technology and ease of deployment of future technology in the Gala Casino and Bingo estate.
By adopting a single open standard across the entire gaming estate of 166 bingo centres and 29 Casinos, Gala will reap the rewards of being able to ensure all gaming positions will be linked to the rest of the estate to enhance the 'Gala experience' for its customers and to facilitate easier back office management.
Customers will be able to play more linked games as well as order their food and beverage conveniently.
Behind the scenes, Gala will be able to ensure new developments such as cashless operation, internal AV and customer promotions will be able to be managed efficiently from one central network operations centre.
This NOC will also ensure maximum uptime of all self service electronic gaming positions as well as monitoring yield, usage, security and compliance issues.
