HP&A policy on Client confidentiality
We guarantee that all information of a confidential or specific nature in relation to any aspect of a client's affairs which is made available to us or our employees shall not be divulged at any time before, during or after any consultancy work conducted on behalf of a client.
All records in any medium (whether on paper, computer readable or otherwise) including accounts, documents etc. about the client Company made available to or acquired by HP&A in the course of our work shall remain the sole property of the client, be used for the purposes of the client only, returned at any time to the client on demand.
Conflict of Interest
HP&A will endeavour to use best efforts to declare any conflicts of interests as and when they arise, should they arise. HP&A Consultants aim to:
- Represent our clients in an equitable, ethical, and unbiased manner.
- Disclose potential conflicts of interest to the client immediately on discovery.
- Work with clients to alleviate any potential conflict of interest.
- Provide monthly progress reports to our client representative.
- Enquire about potential conflicts of interest between HP&A, projects we manage, and the personnel involved.
- In cases of a potential conflict of interest between HP&A and a project/client that arises after a contract is in place, HP&A will document the potential conflict of interest and get approval from our client before continuing.
NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)
HP&A have a mutual NDA available and we are happy to enter into them on a case by case basis, please contact us for further details. HP&A are very conscious of the nature of entreprenuerial and proprietary information/intellectual property and the people that it belongs to. We respect this information and its confidentiality for all of our clients by default.
